Security Features Built In

The Zenius 2 Expert supports the YMCKOO ribbon — a dual-overlay ribbon that applies either a UV fluorescent security effect (visible only under UV light) or a double protective overlay layer for cards that need to withstand heavy daily use. This double overlay provides three times the abrasion resistance of a standard YMCKO ribbon, extending card life significantly.

Digital erasing ensures that all data sent to the printer — including cardholder details, photos, and design files — is automatically deleted from the printer’s internal memory once the print job completes. This protects sensitive information and ensures compliance with data protection regulations.
