Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used ID card printers
- Software, licenses, and consumables (ribbons, PVC cards, cleaning kits)
- Customized or special-order products
Return Process
- Customers must request a return by contacting our support team
- Once approved, the item must be returned to our designated location
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost

- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return
